Road Safety Systems — A RoadGuard Company

Contact Road Safety Systems

Have a project in mind? Reach out and a member of our team will get back to you within one business day.

Whether you have a question about our services, want to talk through a project that's still in the planning stages, need to follow up on an existing job, or simply aren't sure which of our services fits your situation, this is the right place to start. Use the form below or reach us directly by phone or email, and a member of the Road Safety Systems team will get back to you.

If you already know the scope of your project and are ready to receive pricing, our Request a Quote form is the faster path — it routes directly to a project manager and gets a response within 2 business hours. The contact form on this page is better suited to general questions, career inquiries outside our Careers page, vendor and partnership questions, media inquiries, and anything else that doesn't fit neatly into a quote request.

Send Us a Message

Tell us a little about who you are and what you need. The more detail you include — your role, your organization, the state your project is in, and a brief description of what you're trying to accomplish — the faster we can route your message to the right person on our team and give you a useful answer.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Every message submitted through this page is reviewed by our office during regular business hours and directed to the person best positioned to help — that might be a project manager if your message describes a specific job, a member of our administrative team if it's a general question, or the appropriate department lead if you're reaching out about employment, vendor relationships, or a media request. We aim to respond to contact form submissions within one business day.

If your message describes an active or upcoming project — even in general terms — we may ask a few follow-up questions before scheduling a site visit or preparing a proposal, so the more project detail you can share up front (location, state, rough timeline, and the type of work involved), the fewer back-and-forth emails it takes to get you a useful answer.

Before You Reach Out

A quick note on what to include if you want the fastest useful response: the state your project is in, which service applies (or your best guess — we'll confirm), and whether the work is for a public agency, a general contractor, or a private commercial property. That context lets us route your message to the right person on our team the first time, rather than going back and forth to clarify before we can actually help.

If your project already has a defined scope, timeline, or bid deadline, mention that too — it changes how we prioritize a response and whether a phone call makes more sense than an email exchange. For DOT and turnpike authority bid packages specifically, the sooner we know about a bid date, the more useful our initial response can be.
